Reflexology
This is a non-invasive therapy which allows the body to rebalance and helps itself to heal. By applying pressure to specific areas on the feet or hands, which mirror the organs and structure of the body, it encourages holistic healing. The treatment has many benefits which include aiding relaxation, counteracting stress and anxiety. Whilst this treatment cannot claim to ‘cure’ which is important to point out, it has had success in treating many conditions such as back problems, circulatory problems and migraines plus many more. It can also be used to compliment usual methods of pain relief but it is recommended that any medical issues should always be checked with a doctor first. This treatment is ideal for all ages.

Holistic (Swedish) Full Body Massage
This is an extremely relaxing treatment which involves working the soft tissue of the body, it is also known as a Swedish Massage. A variety of techniques are used with a combination of relaxing, medium and deep pressure strokes. This massage helps to ease any stresses, muscular tension and also promotes a sense of physical and emotional wellbeing aiding relaxation. Massage works directly on the body’s muscular, nervous, lymphatic and circulatory systems, and is of great benefit to the mind, body and spirit.

Hot / Cold Stone Massage
This treatment can be done with both Hot & Cold stones OR just with Hot stones. The heated basalt stones with massage strokes allow the skin to warm creating a deeply relaxing and healing treatment. The heat allows the skin to absorb the therapeutic oils and allows the deeper muscle layers to be worked. Your legs, arms, back, shoulders, neck and face will be massaged using a combination of different strokes & techniques. The temperature and pressures applied with the stones will be determined by you, these will be checked with you to confirm if it is too warm or if the pressure is too intense so that it can be adjusted to your liking. It can help with: relaxing tense muscles, improving circulation, aiding sleep, releasing stress and increasing the release of toxins as well as many other benefits.
Cold marble stones can also be used to help aid with detoxing and healing the body; however, this is only an addition to the treatment if requested. It can help with: dispersal of tissue congestion, increases tissue metabolism, stimulates the autonomic nervous system and has an invigorating / energizing effect.

Indian Head Massage
This therapy has evolved from traditional Indian techniques which is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system and Chakra balancing – Body, Mind and Spirit. This relaxing massage has more to offer than the name first suggests, as it works on the back, shoulders, upper arms, neck as well as the head and face, all areas which are extremely vulnerable to a build-up of stress. Although the treatment is performed on the upper part of the body only, it is used to help de-stress the whole body. It is effective in relieving Muscular Tension, Anxiety, Headaches, Poor Sleep Patterns etc by using acupressure points and massage, thereby improving physical well-being as well as mental and emotional wellness. This treatment is versatile and whilst a usual treatment incorporates all areas stated above this can be adapted to suit your wants and needs. It can be done with or without oils and can be done through clothing if required, this means the treatment can be done anywhere.

Back, Shoulder and Neck Massage
This massage is aimed at targeting areas that carry muscular stress and tension in the upper body. The massage involves loosening any knots caused by day-to-day stresses and muscular tension. These are often found in the lower back, between the shoulder blades, top of the shoulders and side of the neck, by working these areas it restores movement, helps alleviate pain and aids relaxation. This also helps with improving your circulation, muscle tone, boosting lymph and blood circulation to aid detoxification. The pressure and techniques are adapted to suit your individual requirements. It can be done with or without using hydrating and nourishing oils, which can also help if you suffer with dry skin.

Pregnancy Back Massage
Whilst pregnancy is a wonderful time for a woman, changes within her body mean that pressures on joints, ligaments and organs often cause discomfort and pain. Back massage can help alleviate the symptoms of back and hip aches that many women experience during pregnancy. This treatment can also help to reduce stress and anxiety levels due to its calming effect.
It is important to note that this treatment can only be carried out after the 1st trimester (12 weeks) has passed. If there is a history of miscarriage, a massage can only be carried out after 16 weeks of pregnancy has passed.

Cancer Massage Therapy (Oncology Massage)
This treatment may be helpful for you on both a physical and emotional level. It can provide a sense of peace and calm during what can be a very stressful time.
Oncology Massage is a form of non-invasive, compassionate touch massage which uses a light pressure, it uses slow and steady movements to help the body relax. The treatment is designed to help people manage both their physical and emotional reactions to cancer. Treatments are modified according to your cancer-related issues, taking into consideration your wants and needs.
There have been many studies that have been carried out on the benefits of Oncology Massage. These include Pallative Care, Pain Control, Anxiety / Stress, Depression / Mood Disorders, Chemotherapy-Related Nausea, Cancer Fatigue and Quality of Life.
The Physical benefits of this treatment may help with the following:
Reduce aches and pains felt in muscles

Hopi Ear Candling
Ear candling is an ancient & natural non-invasive therapy which can be used to reduce pain or discomfort associated with the ears and nose. It is a very relaxing treatment which can help towards relieving stress and can be used as an aid to unwind. The candles used are made of natural ingredients which have soothing properties and contain a filter which prevents the candle residue entering the ear. The hollow candle is lit and the vapours enter the ear canal relieving any irritations.
Some of the conditions Hopi Ear Candling can be useful for include Excessive Ear Wax, Sinusitis, Colds, Headaches / Migraines, Tinnitus, Bell’s Palsy and Neuralgia.
Please note the ear candling part of this treatment is not recommended if the ear drum has been previously perforated, grommets / cochlear implants are in place, you are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or if you are currently taking antibiotics.

Face Massage
The relaxing face and neck massage can be done with or without oils using a pressure which is adjusted to be comfortable to your needs. It is designed to relax but at the same time stimulate the energy points on the face. In turn this increases the circulation of blood & lymph; helps clear sinuses and eliminate any toxins. As this works the sinus areas this is also a useful treatment for anyone that suffers with Sinusitis, Colds, Headaches or Migraines.
